Been thinking a little about standards, and how standards on weblogs could be a good thing. I go back and forth on it. It’d be good in the way fellow bloggers could mesh content together more — collaborate and exchange ideas. Blogger recently added Userland’s RSS XML standard for content feeds to it’s Blogger Pro tool. This prompted me to take a look (see evhead). I’d have to rewrite the way this site is published, entirely (even though I use XML in a very similar way). I’m all for standards sometimes, but the payoff is just not quite there yet. Maybe when I’m not feeling lazy I’ll take a dig deeper.
